سياسة الإسترجاع والإستبدال

* المنتجات الرقميه التي تم طلبها وأرسل رابطها للعميل (ليست قابلة للإسترجاع أو الإستبدال نهائياً).

*في حال كانت حالة الطلب (ملغي / عدم توفر المنتج) أو في حالة وجود خلل تقني يتم إسترجاع كامل المبلغ.

* لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية للمشتريات في حال إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة أو أختيار منتج بشكل خاطئ.

Return and exchange policy.

* Digital products ordered and sent their link to the customer (not refundable or exchangeable at all).

*In case of order status (cancelled / unavailability of the product) or in case of a technical defect, a full refund is made.

* The store assumes no responsibility for purchases if incorrect information is entered or a product is chosen incorrectly.
